Moxley Manor Haunted House is located at 510 Harwood Road in Bedford, TX 76021. Centrally located between Dallas & Ft. Worth.

GENERAL ADMISSION
Get ready for a night of screams! General Admission includes one-time entry into all three haunted attractions—Moxley Manor, Regan’s Revenge, and Big Top Terror 3D. General Admission guests enter through the standard admission line. Wait times vary by date and attendance.
FAST PASS ADMISSION
Less waiting. More screaming. Fast Pass includes one-time entry into all three haunted attractions, plus access to our dedicated Fast Pass line for reduced wait times. The Fast Pass line is designed to be approximately ⅓ the wait of the General Admission line. Actual wait times may vary.
SKIP THE LINE ADMISSION
No waiting. Straight to the scares. Skip the Line includes one-time entry into all three haunted attractions, plus front-of-line access for immediate entry. Upon arrival, check in at the ticket trailer, and a member of our team will escort you to the front of the line.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY: Only a limited number of Skip the Line tickets are available each night. Once the nightly limit is reached, this ticket type will be sold out.
GROUP TICKETS
More screams. More friends. Less per ticket. Groups of 10 or more receive $5 off General Admission per ticket and one-time entry into all three haunted attractions. A minimum of 10 tickets must be purchased together in the same transaction to receive the group discount.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Tickets may be exchanged or updated in accordance with Moxley Manor ticket policies, subject to availability and any applicable price difference or fees.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Rain or shine, the fear goes on! All three haunted attractions are indoors. Please note that portions of the waiting and event areas may be outdoors, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather.
